Brushless neodym motors MEGA are designed for direct drive (propellers, ducted fans) and for drive with gearbox. Motors MEGA AC are six-pole 3 phase AC motors, hardened steel shaft is supported in two ball bearings with permanent grease filling. Neodym magnets of dynamically balanced rotor are kevlar bandaged. Efficiency reaches up to 88%. Motor has good efficiency even at high currents thanks to vent holes. Hand made stator, lightweight rotor and design of MEGA AC motors allows permanent high rpm operation.

Motors are made in 4 lengths and are designed mostly for direct propeller drive (without gearbox). However, gearbox can be used and motor ase suitable also for ducted fan drives. Motor can be used for models from 0,8 to 5kg. Output shaft diameter of this product line is 5mm.

• glider models up to 3,5 kg, gear ratio 1:3, propeller 14", current consumption 45A, or gear ratio 1:4, propeller 17", current consumption 45A
• for use with 90 mm ducted fans (WEMOTEC) on 10 cells NiMH, NiCd or 3 cells Li-POL, LI-ION, cuurent up to 50A.
• for boats with 7 cells NiMH, NiCd, plastic propeller of 32,5 mm diameter (two blades), od metal propeller of 29 mm diameter. Current up to 40 A.
