The set of arms is designed for glider wings, equipped with

- 2x brakes

- 2x ailerons

The winspan is up to ca. 2,5 meters.

The arms are machined from epoxy/glass sheet 1,5mm.

 

The length of the  arms is 14-20mm. The hole dia is 1mm. It can accept wire of 1mm dia. After the hole is drilled to 1,1mm, the MP Jet Micro clevises can be used.

 

The lower arm is supposed to be used for brakes. The range of movement is up to 90deg. The distance from hinge to the hole is 7mm only.  The arms are usually installed between lower and upper brake surface.

 

The higher arm  is supposed to be used for the aileron control. It can be glued into slot, made in the upper aileron surface.
The distance of the hole from base is 8mm.
The arm shape can be easily trimmed if necessary.

 

Set of servos - horns - links to be installed. The servos are installed into openings on the bottom of the wing.
